A warm welcome for everyone!  Wander into 16th, 18th and 19th century thatched cottages, the Edwardian photographic studio, Iron Age roundhouse, working blacksmiths or just explore the many attractions of Ryedale Folk Museum’s 5 acre site.  Visit workshops of traditional crafts, marvel at the inventiveness of your forebears and see how they worked and lived. A great day out for all the family.

The Museum has something for everyone including a 1950s village shop, an Elizabethan Manor House, A Victorian washroom and the Witches hovel! The newest addition to the Museum is the fabulous model village and we also have livestock and gardens, come and feed the pigs and chickens!  All this is set within the beautiful village of Hutton Le Hole. There are loads of activities happening on site, especially through school holidays and special events throughout the year.  See www.ryedalefolkmuseum.co.uk for details. Or call 01751 417367

The Museum is dog friendly and has a wheelchair and 2 mobility scooters available for use.
