There’s plenty of family fun days out going on down in the West and South regions of Yorkshire this Easter.

Sheffield Easter Activities

Hardwick Hall has a range of Easter family fun activities including Spring family crafts where you can enjoy a range of self-led activities, crafts and trails throughout the school holidays. March 19 - April 11. Also, get outdoors with the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt, March 25 - 28.

Join Chatsworth House this Easter and make sure you look out for the Easter Bunny, who will be in the garden and farmyard during the bank holiday weekend. There’ll be loads more special Easter activities including Easter trails, Easter egg hunts and Easter crafts. March 19 - April 10.

Or there’s the popular Eggcellent Eggventure Hunt at Wentworth Castle with a special prize for children who complete the trail. March 25 - March 28.

Adventurers are wanted this Easter weekend over at Bolsover Castle where you’ll meet characters from the past who will help you on your quest to crack the clues and claim your chocolate reward. March 25 - March 28.

Halifax & Kirklees Easter Activities

Put your detective brain in gear and follow the tricky Easter Trail around Tolson Museum, March 25 – April 10.

Choo-choose the Miniature railway at Easter in Greenhead Park, for a great Easter family day out. March 25 – 28.

Mr Bunny has laid out some clues in this Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Hardcastle Crags, so you’ll have to hunt hard in order to claim your reward. March 25-28.

There’s loads more Easter fun-filled activities on offer, such as the Easter Chick Hunt at Red house, the Easter Egg Hunt at Oakwell (both March 26 - April 10).

Follow clues around Bagshaw Museum and park, solve the puzzle and win some tiny chocolate eggs at the Bagshaw Bunny’s Easter Egg Hunt, March 27.

Join in with the Easter Bunny Fun at Shibden Hall with the Shibden Bunny in search of eggs hidden in Cunnery wood and grounds then make a felt Easter egg, March 31.

Head down to the South Square Centre for some Easter Holiday Fun, March 25 – April 3.

Try and find the Bunny’s clues amongst the daffodils in the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at East Riddlesden Hall. March 25-28.

There will be an Easter Bonnet competition, prizes for the best bonnets and meet the Easter Bunny at Northcliffe Woods! March 26.

In the Wakefield area, check out the Easter Festival over at Farmer Copley's Farm Shop, where there’ll be an Easter egg trail and a free gift for every child! March 29 - April 4.

Mr Bunny is heading over to Nostell Priory for the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt. Adventure through the woodland and alongside lakes to find clues to help you claim your chocolatey prize. March 25-28.

Travel by steam train aboard the Easter Eggspress at Kirklees Light Railway and take part in the Easter egg hunt to find the hidden special golden eggs.
