In our restaurant we aspire to use fresh local ingredients wherever possible, purchase our produce from local suppliers and also buy seasonal food as available. All our ingredients are also free from genetically modified organisms and our eggs are free range. Our venison is free range from the estate and we source our lamb from Redmire Farm in Skipton. Our beef comes from R & J Catering Butchers based in Kirkby Malzeard and the cheese in our sandwiches is Wensleydale, hand made in Hawes according to a time-honoured recipe.
Visitor Centre Restaurant
The large restaurant at the Visitor Centre uses locally grown, seasonal and sustainably produced food wherever possible.
The licensed restaurant is open daily from 9.30am.
Breakfast 9.30am ? 11.30am
Hot Lunches 12pm ? 2.30pm

Fresh seasonal home-made soup is a best seller, as are the tasty home-made cakes, biscuits and sweet or savoury scones and sandwiches; which are available all day.
The family friendly restaurant has a children's menu designed with their taste buds in mind, and an indoor play area.
With its colourful decorative ceiling mimicking that of the estate's ornate St Mary's Church, a Victorian high gothic masterpiece, the restaurant is a wonderful contemporary venue that contrasts perfectly with the historical estate.
