Here at Asgard we have one passion; Vikings!

We carry a wide selection of our handmade jewellery in pewter, bronze, silver and gold plate, alongside our t-shirts which include designs only available in the York store.

The shop stocks a good range of Lopi Icelandic wool, along with period textile supplies, linen and wool fabric. Our staff are always happy to offer advice, and if time allows, give you a quick lesson in Viking nalbinding.

We’ve got a wide range of Viking books to suit everyone – from kids to adults, fiction to non fiction, and the general Viking world to specialist topics. We have a vast selection of meads to complement the unique range of glassware and horn products available in store.

We also carry products from Merchant of Menace, Luta’s Linen Chest and Taberna Vagantis. And of course, your visit to Asgard wouldn’t be complete without taking a seat in our Viking throne and taking a selfie.
