Foxglove Covert Local Nature Reserve's primary purpose is as a conservation area which is managed in such a way to retain and enhance its varied habiats.
With a strong emphasis on engagement and education, the reserve welcomes a range of local community groups and casual visitors.
A wildlife rich site, the reserve covers 100 acres of woodland, grassland and wetland.
The reserve has a purpose build Field Centre which is suitable for a range of activities. The activity room is available for hire and includes IT equipment, drinks making facilities and toilets. Across the reserve are a range of features such as sign-posted paths, seating, hides and pond dipping platforms.
