Raven Tree Top Adventure

Welcome to Raven a family run high ropes course built for families young and old. Based in Skipton we offer a challenging adventure aimed at teenagers and adults but we can have visitors as young as seven. Just do it, nothing is impossible.

A Brief History

Raven opened in 2018 after long and varied careers form its creators Helen and Jason the idea was to create a space in nature that was accessible and affordable for all that would challenge visitors to do things they didn’t think they could.

Hidden Gems and Interesting Facts

Booked sessions are always instructor led (we don’t boss you about normally) this means that you’ll have a instructor with you throughout your visit offering support to the more nervous or challenging those that are super confident. Any monkey can run through the trees we want you to have skill and grace, or at least make it round with a smile on your face.

What We Offer Our Visitors:

Making your visit tailor made for your group, be it extra challenges for a Hen/Stag do,  support for nervous members or even letting the group split up on the course so the more confident can tackle the harder adult loops whilst the others laugh… erm offer support from the main course.

If you have any special requirements of there’s something we might need to know about before your visit please get in touch. With good communication there aren’t many issues we can’t deal with

Why Choose Us for Your Next Day Out in Yorkshire:

Whilst challenging, our course is designed so that groups of various abilities can all take part at the same time and feel part of a group whilst supporting those that aren’t so confident but pushing/entertaining those that think they have skills. Subject to age/weight restrictions it’s a great activity for a family, social group or anyone wanting a day out with a difference.

Activities, Tours, Exhibits & Events:

Our high ropes course take between 90 mins and 2 hrs to complete for most groups (our quickest were 45 minutes our slowest were 3hrs 30mins) but its not a race and you get round when you get round. We have two alternative Adult Hard Loops built for taller and more confident people these are built around the main course and are viewable at all times should the group split up briefly.

Family Friendly Activities & Activities For Kids

Depending on what each individual needs we’ll be giving challenges or support to everyone in your group so that everyone gets the most out of their visit. We believe that visitors should be in control of their adventure so for the most nervous we make sure they are supported, if someone is confident they’re more likely to ‘give it a go’ as such we make sure that anyone on the course knows that if they decide they’ve done enough we’ll bring them back to the ground with no drama, although with our expert instructors many carry on to complete the full course.

Accreditation and Awards:

We’ve been in Trip Advisors Travellers Choice for the last 3 years and have hundreds of reviews to support what we do.
