For unforgettable festive memories, enjoy a magical Christmas Experience at the Web Adventure Park. A wondrous event that includes a family audience with Father Christmas himself, a few cheeky Elves, and Father Christmas' real reindeer, Donner, and Blitzen.

You will choose a slot to visit the grotto where you will find Father Christmas and his Elves checking the naughty and nice list. If you are good and have managed to make it onto the right one, the Elves may have a special gift for you!

You may enter the park any time after 9.30 am and stay all day, but the time you choose is your allocated time to visit Father Christmas in his grotto - please be punctual or you may end up on the naughty list.

Tickets include unlimited rides at our Christmas Fairground, which sparkles at dusk. Our thirteen rides include the Double Carousel, Helter-Skelter, Balloons, Pony Express, Cups and Saucers, Apple Coaster, Lightyear and more! There are thrills for all ages, from little tots up to adults!

Dazzling Darren will be here with his daily Christmas Entertainment shows. Which include music, magic, prizes, and of course lots of festive fun. You may even see the naughty Grinch make an appearance!

For excitement whatever the weather, we have a huge indoor play area for children to let off steam and warm up. With areas for babies up to bigger children, parents can relax and enjoy a luxury hot chocolate or a glass of mulled wine.

Christmas trees, twinkling lights, festive characters, and magical joy for the whole family. The Winter Park is a full day of exciting and wholesome festivities.

Please note, visiting Father Christmas involves an outdoor experience. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as you may be outside for some time to enjoy the unlimited rides, adventure park, animals, and Father Christmas. Hats, gloves, waterproofs, and wellies are advised.

The later slots have the full impact of the twinkling lights - so please don’t be put off booking a twilight slot. This just means enjoying the park during the day, and then visiting the grotto just before you leave. You can come any time after 9:30 am and leave up to 6:00 pm.
