Harrogate Triathlon & Junior Aquathlon
Organised by Harrogate Tri Club, taking place in and around the beautiful spa town of Harrogate. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or taking part for the first time, this race is perfect to start your season.
For triathlon novices, our super sprint event (420m Swim - 12.5k Bike - 2.5k Run) offers an achievable first distance. For all triathletes our Sprint event (420m Swim - 24k Bike -5k Run) is a brilliant season opener.
Team Relay: Share the Experience: If you're looking for a team-building adventure, our team relay is the perfect option. Each team member tackles one of the three legs: swim, bike, or run.
Start times: Between 9 am and 12 pm. Start times based on estimated 400m swim times. Faster swimmers will start later, all participants must be available to begin anytime within this window.
A Highly Rated Event: Our outstanding event, permitted by British Triathlon, provides ample free car parking at Rossett Secondary School, just around the corner. Refreshments will be available in the event village.
Celebrate Your Success: Commemorate your Harrogate Sprint Triathlon with a finisher's cycling bottle and goodies for all participants. All entrants will receive a comprehensive athlete brief ahead of race day.
Support for Everyone: A supportive environment with friendly marshals to guide and cheer you on throughout the race.

- Sprint Age Group Winners: 15-17, 18-19, 20+, 30+ 40+, 50+ 60+ 70+
- Sprint Relay Top 3 Teams
- Junior Aquathlon Top 3 Open & Male
- Course record prizes are also up for grabs, and we'll have spot prizes on the day.
Please Note: Yorkshire Juniors Series points are only available in the Junior Aquathlon. Youth athletes competing for points must enter the Aquathlon Youth Category.
