Teddy Bears' Picnic at Wensleydale Railway

By popular demand, our Teddy Bears’ Picnic is back to close out the summer!

Bring your favourite teddy and start your day at Leeming Bar Station, where you can collect your trail booklet before hopping on the train to Scruton. Once there, there will be plenty to enjoy including face painting, Victorian toys and games, story time, badge making, harmonium music, and picnic fun.

We encourage visitors to bring a picnic, though snacks and refreshments will be available to purchase both at Scruton Station and from the Leeming Bar Station buffet car.

Children’s tickets are £6, which includes our Kids for a Quid travel offer. Adults go free with a valid train ticket.
