Friday 4 September 2026, 7.30pm-9.45pm

Wicked, Evita, Lion King, Les Miserable and more……..

Following the huge success at York Minster, The Greatest Shows comes to Ripon Cathedral. The show features unforgettable songs from the world’s greatest musicals — from Broadway blockbusters to West End favourites, including selected songs from The Greatest Showman.

Enjoy a magical evening of music performed under candlelight by the Ebor String Quartet, who will bring some songs to life as powerful instrumentals. The night also features stunning vocal performances from Alistair Griffin and Maggie Wakeling. This truly is a night not to be missed!

Doors open 6.45pm. The performance includes a short interval where bar refreshments will be available.

Seating is on a first come first served basis within your selected zone.
