Tulip Festival at Burnby Hall Gardens

The annual Tulip Festival at Burnby Hall Gardens, Pocklington is always a very popular event and provides a colourful and vibrant beginning to our new season. This year’s festival is being held from Saturday 18^th April to Saturday 9th May.

We have a cascade of colours throughout the Gardens, with several thousand tulips formally displayed in tubs and the main flower beds across the site.

Once again, our tulip display has been planned by Jill Ward, Head Gardener, and is the culmination of months of preparation by herself and the gardening team at Burnby Hall Gardens.

EVENT PARKING

We respectfully ask visitors coming to the Tulip Festival to consider our local residents when parking.

If our own car park is full, alternative parking is available at Pocklington Football Club, situated next to the Gardens, and in the council car park on Robertson Close, across the Balk from the Gardens behind the old railway station, We ask all of our Visitors to please be considerate of local residents on busy days.
