Scarborough Fair Collection and Vintage Transport Museum

The Scarborough Fair Collection hosts a magnificent working collection of Vintage Cars, Steam Engines, Vintage Fairground Rides and Mechanical Organs topped off with a ‘Mighty’ Wurlitzer Organ in our spacious ballroom. We are set in the scenic grounds of the Flower of May Holiday Park, on the coast road between Scarborough and Filey.

Bump on the bumper cars, re-live a by gone era on the gallopers or take your breath away on the speedway – there is a ride for everyone at The Scarborough Fair Collection.

The vintage rides within the museum’s collection are restored and ready to ride. Tokens can be purchased from a machine in the museum at a cost of £1.00 per ride.

The museums would be unable to operate without our fantastic team of volunteers. They fix things, cook things, clean things, operate things and play things – if you would like to do it too please get in touch.

Our afternoon tea dances run every Wednesday and Thursday when we are open, from 1pm. The museum is open as normal during this time, with the bonus of the Wurlitzer being played and the option to dance. Every Friday from 10am-12pm is our mechanical organ morning, where the organs will play their tunes for you to listen to. Again the museum is open as normal during these times.
